Open Settings. That’s located on your home screen

Tap your Apple ID. This section at the top of the menu that contains name and pics if you have added one:
- Sign In with your Apple ID.
- If you are using an older version, you can skip this step.

Tap “iCloud”. It will be on 2nd section of the Menu.

Scroll down and tap iCloud Backup. It’s located at the bottom of “APPS Using iCloud” section.

Tap BackUp Now. Wait until the backup is complete.
- You must be Connected to Internet Connection.

Tap iCloud. This will return you to iCLoud Settings.

Tap Apple ID. This will return you to the Apple ID page.

Enter your Passcode.

Method 2) Factory Reset of iPhone

Back up your data. If you are able to use your iPhone then backup the data. You can backup on iTune
- Connect to iPhone to your Computer and open iTunes
- Click on “This Computer” and then Click on “Back Up Now”

Click on iPhone iTUnes. in the Top of the Window.

Click on “Restore iPhone” to reset it. This will take 15-20 Minutes

Put your iPhone in Recovery Mode,
- Connect the iPhone to your PC with USB Cable, and make sure iTunes is running.
- With the iPhone connected to follow the instruction for a Force Restart.

Load your Backup. After restoring your device, you may use iTunes to load you latest data.
